How do you lose weight? Get healthy? Be more energetic?

Have you tried it all?  Fad diets, doing endless exercises you loathe, and taking mysterious pills.

Have you realized yet that you’re doing all of those things to ignore the answer we all know but don’t want to accept?

The ONLY way to truly be healthy is to eat well and exercise.  Consistently.  For the rest of your life.

Now, I’m no nutritionist, but I know that eating whole foods makes me feel a lot better than eating junk.

I am a fitness professional, and I know that our bodies were designed to move.  They MUST move or they get sluggish, stiff, and brittle.  And to be consistent with exercise, you need to enjoy what you’re doing, at least a little.


Eat more fruits, vegetables, lean protein, healthy fats, and whole grains.

Exercise daily.

Period.  End of story.
