Whether you are a Pilates/movement enthusiast, personal trainer, Pilates student teacher, or experienced Pilates/movement teacher, we have workshops that are fun and functional for you.
We regularly hold workshops to give you the opportunity to experience different styles of Pilates, play with different types of equipment, and discuss various topics relevant to Pilates and movement.
We also have a monthly class for Pilates teachers taught by various teachers from our studio and around the area.

Hilary Rogers is a Balanced Body® Master Trainer for Pilates, Bodhi Suspension System™ and MOTR™. She has also taught a wide variety of workshops to Pilates teachers and enthusiasts for Balanced Body and other organizations.
As an Authorized Training Center for Balanced Body®, we offer certification programs for Bodhi Suspension System™ and MOTR™. Each program is 16 hours and taught by a certified Balanced Body Master Trainer. You will be required to attend all hours of the course, complete a practical evaluation during the course, complete student practice and teaching hours, and pass a final practical exam.
Pilates Teacher Training Support
Private or small group sessions
These give you the opportunity to take class and practice teaching the curriculum of your teacher training program. You will receive feedback on your teaching and practice, as well as email and in-person support to answer your questions and help you study.
