I was reminded this week of how great it is to workout with a partner as I watched a mother/daughter, husband/wife, and good friends take classes together.

Why?

Because you have someone to laugh with, struggle with, be accountable to, and bond with.

So, bring a friend or family member – or make a friend that takes the same classes as you.  While Pilates is a very focused workout, it’s great to have a partner to meet you there and laugh with as you both work hard to improve your practice and feel better.
